In-School Volunteer Positions Available

Art Room Volunteer: Assist Art teacher with various tasks as neededCopy Volunteer (2 hr/week): Assist with copying for PTTF and/or grade level materialsLibrary Volunteer: Book check out/in, assisting students, & ad hoc requestsNurse's Office Volunteer: Assist with special screeningsSpecials Volunteer: Assist specials (Computer, PBIS, PE, Music) as needed

Programs, Events & Fundraising Positions

Please check all areas in which you are interested. Please specify any time constraints you have for events that are a year long or run over the course of multiple months.

Pie & Cookie Distribution (November 14th): Assists in sorting/distributing family pie and cookie orders. Help needed between 1:45pm to 7:30pm.Penny Wars (January): Counts money collected and updates results board weekly.Movie Night Co-Coordinator (November - January): Assist in planning the eventMovie Night Volunteer (January 23rd): Assist in setup/cleanup and other duties as needed.Dinner/Dance Co-Coordinator (January - March): Assist in planning the eventFamily Dinner/Dance (March 19): Assist in setup/cleanup and other duties as needed.Ice Cream Social (May 20th): Help with setup and cleanup.Box Tops: Assist counting/cutting/taping all submissions while clippings are still in circulationBook Fair Volunteer (November, December, February, & May): Assists with setup/cleanup and sales. Help needed both after school and/or evening.Hospitality (year-round): Provides baked good and/or food items for specific school events throughout the year

Classroom Parent

One to two parents are assigned per room to help organize & coordinate the classroom parties and any ad hoc teacher requests throughout the year. Classroom parties are tentatively planned for October 31st, December 19th, and February 14th from 1:30 - 2:30pm. Classroom parents are chosen by lottery. Please, only one request per family.


All volunteers will be contacted regarding information on how to get set-up to volunteer with our online training, and also be asked to read our short orientation briefing.
